My Fix it Friday

 Here is my attempt at i heart faces fix it Friday #56!!  Though I love the background in this photo, showing so much of it was a bit of a distraction for me.  So I focused in on the bundles and warmed them up a bit.  I increased the clarity on their faces and softened up the little bodies!

Introducing my boy

Now that my blog is the color I want...for now :)... thanks to the editing features of blogger, I must introduce my boy. Boys are fun!! Sometimes a little more fun than we can handle as parents but the energy and love they give off is certainly infectious. I took this photo last summer on a beach close to my hometown. Me, my mom and the 2 children started out but within minutes new friends were made and kids were covered in sand from head to toe.

A Process

I am finally taking the plunge and starting my very first blog. How many days have I started this process and stopped? I just want a platform for the things I enjoy in life. My family, my friends, being creative and photography. Photography happens to be something I have come to really love. I got my first DSLR a year and a half ago and never looked back. Actually, you can usually find me looking through a lens. It's funny, but that creative part of me now wants to be expressed in the form of photos. I just wanted to share a photo of my daughter today as I begin a journey in the world of photography and blogging.
